Service Purpose

WiFiCheckup provides educational internet speed testing, room-by-room Wi-Fi diagnosis, general troubleshooting guidance, and an optional CA$9.99 emailed report based on measurements you submit. Results are informational and not a guaranteed fix, service quote, or installation plan.

Independent Site

WiFiCheckup is an independent diagnostic and recommendation site. We are not an internet service provider and are not affiliated with any provider, equipment manufacturer, contractor, Amazon, Stripe, or other listed company unless clearly stated.

Accuracy

Speed results can vary based on device, browser, Wi-Fi signal, router, internet plan, server load, and network conditions. A report can only interpret the measurements supplied and may miss issues that require onsite testing or provider-side diagnostics.

Commercial Availability

The CA$9.99 emailed Wi-Fi report is currently the only paid public offer. Bill reviews, specialist plans, monitoring, referrals, installations, provider comparisons, and provider partnerships are not currently offered. Historical product pages or links should not be treated as an offer for sale.

Refunds And Support

If your report is not useful, email reports@wificheckup.ca within 30 days and request a refund. Questions about payment or delivery can be sent to the same address.

Third-Party Links

The site may link to public information or third-party support resources. Their availability, policies, and content are controlled by those third parties.

Limitation

Use WiFiCheckup at your own discretion. We are not responsible for service interruptions, provider decisions, product defects, installation issues, or indirect losses.
