Service Purpose

WiFiCheckup provides internet speed testing, Wi-Fi diagnosis, public availability estimates, product recommendations, and optional paid guidance. Results are informational and not a guaranteed service quote.

Independent Site

WiFiCheckup is an independent diagnostic and recommendation site. We are not an internet service provider and are not affiliated with Bell, Rogers, Cogeco, Start.ca, TekSavvy, Oxio, Amazon, Stripe, or other listed companies unless clearly stated.

Accuracy

Speed results can vary based on device, browser, Wi-Fi signal, router, internet plan, server load, and network conditions. Public availability estimates should be confirmed with provider address tools.

Paid Services

Paid reports, plan reviews, fix plans, and Niagara diagnostic visits are intended to provide practical next-step guidance. They do not guarantee that a provider, router, mesh system, wiring change, or technician will solve every issue.

After checkout, you should submit your speed test, room results, name, and email through the report form. Reports are sent by email to the address you provide. If you paid but did not receive your report, contact reports@wificheckup.ca.

The $49 Niagara diagnostic deposit is included in the $149 diagnostic fee. When an installation is approved, the deposit plus $50 of the remaining diagnostic fee may be applied to that installation, for a total installation credit of $99. Installation quotes depend on the property, access, materials, equipment, and scope of work.

Refunds And Support

If you paid but did not receive your report, contact us within 7 days. Duplicate payments or undelivered reports may be refunded after review. Completed digital reports and plan reviews are generally not refundable. Diagnostic appointment deposits and rescheduling terms will be confirmed when the appointment is accepted.

Third-Party Links

The site may link to internet providers, Amazon, Stripe, and other third parties. Their prices, availability, policies, and services are controlled by those third parties.

Limitation

Use WiFiCheckup at your own discretion. We are not responsible for service interruptions, provider decisions, product defects, installation issues, or indirect losses.
