WiFiCheckup may collect speed test results, room test labels, home profile answers, postal code or address lookup details, name, email address, and notes you submit through the report form.
How We Use Information
We use this information to generate your Wi-Fi report, respond to requests, improve the service, understand common internet issues, and recommend relevant provider or equipment options.
If you request a report, we may email the report and related follow-up messages. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time.
Business Partnership Outreach
WiFiCheckup may contact publicly listed business or partnership addresses about relevant referral opportunities. We keep a record of the source and purpose of the contact, require human approval before sending, and maintain a suppression list for unsubscribe requests.
Payments
Paid services are processed by Stripe. WiFiCheckup does not store full payment card details.

Data Sharing
We may use service providers such as hosting, email, analytics, payment, and affiliate platforms. We do not sell personal information.
