What We Collect
WiFiCheckup may collect speed test results, room test labels, home profile answers, postal code, name, email address, payment reference, and notes you submit when requesting a diagnostic summary or paid emailed report.
How We Use Information
We use this information to generate the requested diagnostic summary or report, confirm checkout status, respond to support or deletion requests, improve the educational tools, and understand common Wi-Fi issues.
If you request a report, we may email the report and related follow-up messages. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time.
Paused Commercial Features
Monitoring, business outreach, affiliate links, referrals, provider-comparison services, and installation-request forms are not currently accepting new public submissions. Payment processing is used only for the CA$9.99 emailed report. Historical records are retained only as needed for security, accounting, support, or legal obligations.
Data Sharing
We may use service providers for hosting, email delivery, analytics, and security. We do not sell personal information.
