If you paid for a report but did not receive it, email us with the address used at checkout and the address used on the report form. Duplicate payments or undelivered reports may be refunded after review.

- Your city or postal code.
- Your internet provider and plan speed if known.
- Whether the issue happens on Wi-Fi, Ethernet, or both.
- The rooms where service feels weakest.
- Your WiFiCheckup report email if you already submitted one.
